Please note: ALL no-shows, non-cancellations and cancellations not following these procedures will be charged full fare. Cancellations, update and/or change request must be phoned in to the office and any cancellation made by e-mail will not be accepted unless we send back a confirmation. CAR SEATS / BOOSTER SEATS - Unfortunately we can no longer provide child safety seats. Passengers must provide and install the proper safety equipment for their child.
LUGGAGE - A Luggage tag must be affixed to each piece of luggage clearly indicating the name and address of the owner. As an added precaution, the owner’s name and complete permanent address should be contained INSIDE each piece of baggage. Each passenger is limited to TWO pieces of luggage and ONE carry on. Excess luggage fee can be applied (I.e. foot locker, boxed bicycle, computer box or large container).
ANIMALS - All Animals must be caged
HOLIDAYS - There will be on the following days: Christmas.
TIPS: 20% Gratuity may be automatically added to your service bill.
SCHEDULES - Every effort will be made to operate according to published schedules. Circumstances sometimes develop beyond our control such as weather or traffic delays and accordingly Denver Airport Car & Limousine Service we cannot hold itself responsible for errors and timetables, inconvenience or damage resulting from delayed shuttles.
LOST ITEMS – We are not liable for lost items left behind in any vehicle by a passenger, but we do have a Lost and Found inquiry procedure. If you suspect you have left an item in a Astor affiliated vehicle, please call us at (720) 629-3512 and speak with a dispatcher. If the driver finds your item and can bring your item to you, there will be a minimum surcharge of $25 to be given to the driver at the time of delivery. If the driver is not able to immediately redeliver your lost item to you, you will be transferred to our Customer Service. Please provide your name, contact number, reservation telephone number, and date of trip along with a brief description of the item. Please note that it may take 2-3 business days for the Lost and Found Department to retrieve your item (if it is found). Once and if your item has been received from the driver, Lost and Found will contact you and provide you with options of how you can pick-up or receive your item. Please note: Our Lost and Found Department is open Monday - Friday between the 9am and 5pm. It is closed on weekends. Denver Airport Car & Limousine Service is not liable for lost items left behind in any vehicle by a passenger, but we will do whatever we can to help you find it.
